The Silicon Valley Compensation Association (SVCA) is an organization of compensation professionals who have common interests related to direct and indirect compensation management, as well as to the entire scope of human resources management. Periodic meetings, communications, and educational programs are designed to enhance members’ compensation knowledge in the areas of current research and legislation/practices in all phases of employee compensation including wages, salaries, incentives, employee benefits and other forms of employee remuneration. The SVCA is a member of the WorldatWork Local Network. |
