Employee engagement is about many things: commitment, loyalty, focus, and making discretionary judgments that are aligned with company values and objectives. But how is this best achieved? What are the key drivers of employee engagement? What is an effective implementation strategy? And what is the role of Compensation in this process. Can employers pay their way to employee engagement?
These and other questions will be addressed in a panel discussion at our October 15 SVCA Luncheon. Our panelists will be Mira Ringler, Senior Vice President, Western Region, BlessingWhite, Inc, who has implemented employee engagement programs at many leading companies, and Samantha Raniere, Director, Organizational Development and leader of employee engagement initiatives at Charles Schwab. Joining the panel and moderating the discussion will be Jim Paizis, Director of Compensation and Benefits at Infineon North America, and a member of the SVCA Operating Committee.
