Executive Compensation Update

SVCA welcomes Steve Charlebois from Semler Brossy for an extended session on current issues in Executive Compensation. Topics for this 90 minute meeting will include:
- How companies are addressing issues brought on by CV-19, and ways to manage 2020 outcomes and 2021 design.
- Updates from proxy advisors, including the ISS policy survey, and what this potentially means in their 2021 assessments, as well as recent news from the SEC.
- Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and diversity and inclusion (D&I) issues which continue to grow in importance at the executive level. How he envisions these metrics being incorporated into executive pay going forward.
- Future trends on the horizon.

Steve will also include his market observations and client case studies as real-world examples of how companies are managing these issues. Be sure to bring your questions for the Q&A session!
