I have forgotten my Password.
Please click on the link 'Forgot your Password'.  If you are still experiencing problems, please send an email to
admin@svca-online.org and we will reset your user name/password for you.

How do I renew my corporate membership dues?
To renew your corporate membership dues, go to Membership> Join or Renew.  You will need to log into your account using your corporate membership user name and password.  This is different from the user name and password for your individual profile.

I've registered for a meeting/event and chose the option to pay by check (Bill Me), but now I'd like to pay by credit card.
Log into your member account with your user id/password.  Go to Manage Profile> Invoices> Pay Selected Invoices.

How do I update my profile information?
Log into your member account with your user id/password.  Go to Manage Profile> Edit Bio. You will be taken to the Edit My Member Profile page where you can make your updates.

How do I submit a job posting?
To submit a job posting, go to 'Career Center' located at the top menu of the homepage. Then you will click on 'Submit an Opening'.  If you are an active member, there is no charge for your job posting.  If you are an inactive member, the fee is $100 per job posting. If paying by check, your job posting will not be active until your check has been received by the association.

Are SVCA membership rates and registration fees increasing?

Yes.  Although the membership rates and fees for SVCA events have not increased since the organization started over 13 years ago, rising costs over time, as well as increases to anticipated costs, have made it a requirement that we increase rates.

What are the costs you’re referring to?

Normal operating costs include administrative, web services, financial transaction, insurance, tax filing costs, to name a few.  But, the biggest cost year over year is the monthly programs.  Maintaining at least a break-even point on these programs has increasingly become a challenge.  Our current venue has been a fantastic partner for many years in helping to keep costs from escalating too quickly, but some increases have been and will continue to be inevitable.

Will these increases go to the SVCA board members?

No.  SVCA Board members do not receive direct compensation but they do have the option to attend some monthly programs free of charge.  All SVCA Board participants are members in good standing and volunteer their time on the board.

Why is the registration fee increase so much lower for members?

The board wanted to make sure that the burden of increased costs is shared by all who participate with SVCA while encouraging membership.  While program prices for members will increase, they will do so at a much lower rate than non-member prices.
